Equipment Formats

    • CDL required (minimum 2 years)
    • Transportation experience preferred

How The Model Works
From Driver to Equity Partner

Active Driving Phase
From day one, you operate as a driver.

• 25–30% of gross revenue
• Performance-based growth

Investment Recovery Phase
Net profit is directed toward recovery of the initial investment.

This structured phase ensures stability and capital return before equity transfer.

Equity Stage
After the investment phase is completed:

You receive 50% ownership in the subsidiary company.

Important:
This is not 50% of one truck.
This is 50% of the entire division in this operational direction — including future trucks added under this structure.
After You Become a Partner
Your Role as a Partner

Once equity is transferred:

  • Focus on management
  • Hire and manage drivers
  • Oversee fleet operations
  • Expand the division
  • Build long-term equity

You transition from operator to business partner.

  • CDL minimum 2 years (for Four-Car and Five-Car units)
  • Clean driving history
  • Transportation experience preferred
  • Responsible and reliable
